Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
•    Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients.
•    Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.
•    Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications in alignment with hotel policies.
•    Oversee the reservation staff to ensure efficient and accurate booking processes.
•    Resolve any issues related to reservations, billing, or accommodations promptly
•    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.

.     Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media and online campaigns

.    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

•    Lead and support the sales team to ensure targets are met.
•    Prepare regular sales reports and updates for BOD

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A certification in sales or hospitality management is a plus.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Detail-oriented approach to managing bookings, contracts, and guest preferences.
•    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
•    Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
