  • Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
  • Determining the requirements of customers, such as budgets and timelines, and communicating them to other members of the team
  • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes
  • Participate in important negotiations with key customers and assist in negotiations with difficult customers
  • Developing and executing sales strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers
  • Assists other departments with project implementation, service activities, collection issues, and cash management
  • Presenting proposals for new projects or services based on customer requirements
  • Creating documentation of new projects or services to help ensure that they are implemented successfully
  • Working with the engineering team to ensure that products fit the customer’s needs
  • Helping to design products based on customer specifications
  • Providing technical support to customers regarding their purchases

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in BE (EP, EC) or AGTI (EP, EC), marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in the related field of sales field.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Reliable technical background
  • Good marketing skills and business sense
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships easily
  • Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
  • High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory
  • Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Must have an advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Able to Travel
