Finding and approaching potential customers to meet sales targets.
Reviewing and meeting overall sales department KPIs.
Achieving sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Participating in team decisions, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking with local associations to promote the product.
Developing customer relationships by maintaining good rapport with existing and potential customers, responding to all inquiries, and answering sales calls.
Communicating and following up with both existing and potential customers for long-term business relationships to maximize sales and profit potential.
Updating market information and gathering competitor insights.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sales industry (or a related field).
Must have a good personality, and possess communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets/success as a team.
Must be an active learner and able to work under pressure.
Interested in the automotive field.
