Job Overview

  • Promoting Exera range of services and generate opportunities and revenues from new clients in the designated area or designated type of clients.
  • Be responsible of the revenue generating cycle from identifying opportunities to until contract signing including tendering stage and handover to Operations team.

 

Responsibilities and Authorities

Lead generation and customer's acquisition:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, new customers, new segments, reactivate old customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
  • Input all data related to commercial activities into the CRM including customers contacts details, opportunities, proposals, etc
  • Generate leads through cold call prospective customers
  • Arrange meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone or videoconference
  • Whenever needed, will seek support from Sales Manager and Subject Matter expert to attend customer meetings for more detailed presentation of Exera services

Marketing:

  • Participate to Marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, etc

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Business development/sales functions
  • Must be excellent in written and verbal English and Burmese - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them
  • Experience with CRM software would be an advantage
  • Regular travels to visit customers
