Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To promote and develop sales opportunities for products from the Defibs and Education Solution Team which include Zoll Medical, Laerdal Medical, Surgical Science (Simbionix) and Anatomage products.
  • To sell products by establishing contact and understanding the diverse needs of the customers.
  • To manage the call plans for both existing and new customers and manage the assigned territories.
  • To maintain and build good relationships with customers with regular visits and contacts.          
  • To ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • To provide the ordering process for customers by making quotations, services, and strong product knowledge.
  • To prepare all the related reports, feedback and presentation as required.
  • To contribute to the team's plans by accomplishing the related result as needed.
  • To be aware and analyze the sales trend and market conditions based on all reports to increase revenue growth and future business.
  • To participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate or close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • To gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the teams.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a medical‑related field).

  • Prior experience in sales is preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.

  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales performance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and team‑focused.
