The Sales Manager is responsible for understanding and implementing the company's goals and objectives to achieve the assigned sales targets. In this role, they must develop and execute sales strategies for business growth, set and implement sales targets, identify key market opportunities, and ensure that the defined sales targets are successfully met.

  • Expert proficiency in at least one customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Strong ability to direct the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Stay abreast of trends in the industry.
  • Track and maintain sales volumes.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Regularly carry out sales audits. Create and present sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts.
  • To boost GPS product sales, it is essential to strategically plan and execute effective marketing  
  • strategies.
  • Must be able to build strong relationships with B2B sector customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external organizations to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate , Diploma in Sales Management (or) Sales & Marketing Management
  • Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies.
  • strong sales, technical, and leadership skills.
  • Competency in coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
  • At least (7) years of experience working in the filed of sales.
  • Analytical skills to be able to analyze important sales data.
  • Must be able to travel and work if necessary.
