• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve FMCG sales targets
• Manage and lead the sales team, including training and performance monitoring
• Expand distribution channels and manage key accounts (distributors, retailers, wholesalers)
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reports
• Ensure effective product placement, promotions, and merchandising
• Handle customer issues, negotiations, and contract agreements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team productivity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail operations
  • Experience working with distributors and trade marketing activities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
  • Good English communication skills to coordinate with the Thai team
  • Computer skills (Excel, reports, emails)
