•    Lead and manage the execution of all daily, weekly, and monthly operational support tasks for sales systems.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    5-7 years’ experience in sales related IT system development, operation management & Change Control.
•    Knowledge in end-to-end project management
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and project documentation.
•    Excellent communication, Negotiation skills & problem-solving skills.
•    Data Analysis skill with Advanced excel and high accuracy data handling.
•    On-hand experience in kissflow low-code development and Programming knowledge is a plus in consideration.
