  • Plan and coordinate the daily schedules and activities of all sales staff.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and report progress to management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase policy sales and improve overall sales performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving sales-related challenges.
  • Review insurance policies and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
  • Possess strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting requirements, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales and provide suitable insurance solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Age between 25 and 35 years preferred.
