Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide support to the Chairman/CEO in delivering YIG overall strategic objectives.
  • Maintain CEO office’s agenda and assist in diary management, prioritizing emails, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries.
  • To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings, prepare briefing materials for the Chairman and take meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on completion of departmental work plans and action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman/CEO as and when required.
  • Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the BOD meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
  • Maintain all records in both hard & soft copy ensuring all information are well organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman/CEO in implementing organizational projects and programs.
  • Provide administrative services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.

  • The post holder may be required to apply for a disclosure check.
  • To hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel extensively and at short notice.
  • Daily report to Chairman /CEO.

Job Requirements

Experiences and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master Degree would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a large corporation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (outlook, word, excel and power point) and “backoffice” software (e.g. ERP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese, able to Write & Read Chinese is preferable.
  • Overseas exposure would be an added advantage.

 

Experiences and Qualification

  • Able to work in a diverse team and under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Having good communication skills, positive attitude and mindset.
  • Excellent skill in time management to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to retrieve information from relevant sources through research.
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive issues or materials with strong discretion & ethics.
  • Knowledge of key issues in international development.
  • Commit to withhold the integrity and standards of YIG and its values.
