  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive product launches, promotions, and lifecycle marketing for electronic products
  • Create trade marketing programs to support distributors, dealers, retailers, and e-commerce partners
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
  • Manage POS materials & channel schemes
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • (10) years and above experience in related field
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Internet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing large budgets
  • Reporting Skills & Negotiation Skills
  • Good Analysis Skills
  • Good Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Must be willing to travel when required
