Responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
Support the continued development of the HR framework, providing proactive, high-level advisory and support to the business teams.
Oversee day to day activities to ensure smooth operations of HR department.
Review and ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with labour regulations.
Compute all monthly or ad hoc payments and deductions into the payroll system.
Processing of SSB, Income tax and other labour compliance.
Manage queries from employees.
Maintaining accurate and updated employees’ records.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years working experience in the related field will be advantage.
Good in written and spoken English.
Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint &Photoshop).
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
Well informed on HR practices and technologies.
Practical knowledge of the Law on Employment Act, Industrial Relations and Human Capital practices.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in both English and Burmese languages.
