Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Establish, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and project workflows.
  • Set up Project Templates adhering to LOD specifications and manage BIM data.
  • Lead, mentor, and conduct training for a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers across all disciplines.
  • Create 4D simulation models, construction sequence presentations, and timeline videos based on the master schedule.
  • Chair BIM technical and coordination meetings and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Develop rapid digital mockup models for architectural proposals during client pitch stages.
  • Perform site visits for coordination and enforce QA/QC checks on As-Built drawings prior to handover.
  • Oversee BIM software performance and manage file exchange/archiving at project milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Translate conceptual designs from architects into workable technical plans
  • Manage and review the integration of structural, MEP, and other systems into the architectural design.
  • Ensure materials, details, and workmanship on-site align with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Provide expert technical advice and input to support client needs and project goals.
  • Prepare and submit documents for building permit applications and regulatory approvals.
