Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, and RPA tools.
Integrate systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, SQL databases, and ERP platforms to create seamless data flows.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for automation processes and reporting activities.
Build and manage Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, profitability trends, collections performance, and expense analysis.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
Perform data validation, variance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
Take ownership of automation projects, reporting pipelines, and financial processing activities.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams to align automation initiatives with business objectives and governance standards.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications in accounting, automation, or RPA are an advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial automation, business process automation, financial reporting, or data analytics.
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Insurance, or Financial Services industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath).
Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Excel, and SQL databases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
