Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate employee data related to payroll, salary, allowances, incentives, and benefits.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

  • Handle statutory contributions (e.g., social security, income tax, etc.) and ensure timely submission.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other C&B matters.

  • Support annual salary review, merit increase, and bonus payout processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits or payroll administration.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
