Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate performance appraisals and support employee development programs.
Manage employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in line with company policy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations preferred.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Team-oriented and proactive approach.
