  • Manage and oversee the shop’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
  • Set and monitor sales targets while implementing strategies to achieve sales and business goals.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports and analyze performance using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues, solve problems effectively, and coordinate with management to improve shop performance.
