Job Purpose:

 

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and managing the sales team effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Ensure superior customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.

Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers in making purchase decisions.

2. Showroom Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and tagged.

Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing showroom environment.

Manage stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory replenishment.

3. Team Management

Supervise, motivate, and train sales staff to achieve sales goals.

Schedule staff shifts and monitor performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and product movement.

Promote brand image and ensure consistent corporate identity in the showroom.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or showroom management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
