  • Plan and coordinate the sales invoice, transferred note with branches and customer able to complete and deliver daily order on time.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal drivers to schedule the outbound shipment.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issue related to warehouse operations. Delivery delays or damaged goods, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and KPI tracking for logistics purpose and measuring key metrics such as on time delivery and accuracy and providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Collect the daily sales invoices and transferred Note.
  • Confirm delivery schedule with sales team, customers, branches and warehouse team
  • Inquire the third-party transportations and arrange the delivery process with cost effective transportation.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Must have 4 years experiences with supervisor level and logistics Field
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt, Email)
  • Prefer Diploma of Logistics & Supply Chains
