• Strong understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) systems, including the ability to implement and continuously improve site-level safety programs.
• Accountable for H&S leadership, including proactive communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and all departments
• Capable of drafting and developing key safety documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), One Point Lessons (OPLs), Safety Alerts, safety bulletins, and H&S training materials for announcements and internal learning
• Comprehensive understanding of Carlsberg’s H&S policies and procedures, with the ability to implement these effectively.
• Experienced in managing high-risk activities, including control measures for:

• Life-Saving Rules (e.g., Onsite Traffic Management, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, and Contractor Management),

• Skilled in conducting risk assessments, specifically for LSR-1 and office safety activities, to identify and mitigate risks before work commencement.
• Effective H&S trainer and presenter, capable of delivering orientation sessions and H&S training for all departments and contractors.
• Daily participation in interdepartmental meetings, sharing and updating H&S information from both Carlsberg Group and internal sources, including reports on: Accidents, Near Misses, Safety Concerns, Safety Walk findings
• Tracking weekly safety walk participation from team leaders and managers to ensure alignment with defined safety targets.
• Proficient in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and preparing formal reports to the H&S Manager within 24 hours of incident occurrence.
• Perform other tasks or emergency duties as assigned by the H&S Manager

• Positive working relationship with colleagues and co-workers
• Good at Ms Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Software System.
• Able to work well under tight deadline situations and response to changes as needed.
• Good problem solving and analysis skills and report problems with recommendations to line manager.
• B.E (Any Major) or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry) or  related field.

• Language: Myanmar, English

• Minimum 2 years experiences of Health and Safey field.
