We are looking for a dedicated innovative Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for driving innovation through research and development of new solutions, tools, and technologies. This role leads POC initiatives, evaluates emerging technologies (especially in AI), and ensures solutions are architected to industry standards. • Research & Innovation:
  • Lead R&D efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement new solutions, tools, and methodologies that enhance business operations and IT capabilities.
  • Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts (POC) for emerging technologies, focusing on AI, machine learning, and model finetuning.
  • Explore and leverage Azure AI tools, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate solution development and productivity.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in technology, proactively learning and applying new tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and best practice guidelines.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational and industry standards.
  • Apply AI and automation tools to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Fine-tune AI models and integrate them into enterprise workflows.

• Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum 3+ years application development experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to R&D initiatives, driving the exploration and implementation of innovative solutions, tools, and methodologies that advance business and IT objectives.
• Hands-on experience with AI model finetuning and deployment.
• Proficiency in AI services like Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot.,etc.
• Good to have, including cloud platforms (Azure), automation tools, and modern development frameworks.
• Good to have with domain understanding of Banking or Life Insurance business & System
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly prototype and validate new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness and self-motivation to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and architectural standards, leveraging self-directed learning and experimentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to rapidly validate new ideas and translate them into actionable solutions.
