The Talent Management Manager is responsible for strengthening the integration between Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure a seamless and sustainable talent pipeline across KBZ Bank.
This role will lead and manage key talent management initiatives including succession planning, high potential development, leadership pipeline programs, talent review processes, and workforce readiness planning. The role will work closely with HRBP teams and business leaders to identify, develop, and retain critical talent to support the bank’s long-term business growth.
The position also acts as a bridge between Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure the right talents are identified, developed, and prepared for future business and leadership needs.
Talent Management Strategy
- Support the Head of Talent Management in designing and implementing the bank’s talent management strategy.
- Build an integrated talent pipeline framework connecting Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and succession planning.
- Ensure alignment between talent initiatives and business strategy.
Talent Review and Succession Planning
- Lead annual talent review and succession planning processes across business units and functions.
- Identify high-potential employees and critical role successors.
- Monitor talent readiness and succession bench strength.
- Maintain talent pool and succession data accuracy.
Leadership and High Potential Programs
- Design and manage leadership development and high-potential talent programs.
- Partner with Learning & Development team to create development plans for identified talent.
- Track participant progress and program effectiveness.
Workforce and Talent Planning
- Work with business leaders and HRBPs to identify future talent needs and capability gaps.
- Support workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on talent movement and career pathways.
Talent Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain talent dashboards and reports.
- Monitor talent metrics such as retention, readiness, internal movement, and pipeline health.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision making.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRBPs, and business leaders.
- Facilitate talent discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Promote a strong talent and development culture across the organization.
Process Improvement and Governance
- Improve talent management processes, frameworks, and governance practices.
- Ensure talent programs are implemented consistently across the bank.
- Support policy development related to talent management and succession planning.
