Job Description

Collaborate with HRBP Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and support to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the banking sector.
Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source qualified candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights to Hiring Managers
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Communicate effectively with candidates about the organization’s culture, values, and role expectations.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including banking industry standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and Certificates in Human Resources
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with knowledge of various selection techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms will be a plus
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.
