  • Collaborate with HRBP Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and support to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the banking sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Source qualified candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights to Hiring Managers
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates about the organization’s culture, values, and role expectations.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including banking industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and Certificates in Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with knowledge of various selection techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms will be a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.
