Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, manpower plans, and hiring timeline.
  • Participate in manpower planning and budget forecasting, providing recruitment data and headcount insights to support workforce and cost planning.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment sources, training institutions, and job portals to attract suitable candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics to support hiring effectiveness, manpower planning, and budget control.
  • Generate HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, manpower status and employee data.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Exposure to both high-volume and specialize hiring is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies (eg. ATS, LinkedIn, job portals)
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use reports and basic analystics to support recruitment tracking and decision-making.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and hiring compliance standards.
  • A professional network in relevant industries is an advantage but not required.
