Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the annual talent review process.
• Facilitate talent calibration sessions across business units.
• Monitor talent assessment outcomes and development actions.
• Maintain succession plans and talent pools for critical positions.
• Monitor successor readiness and development progress.
• Support leadership succession initiatives.
• Implement leadership development and high-potential talent programs.
• Coordinate coaching, mentoring, and development activities.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support performance management processes and KPI monitoring.
• Analyze performance trends and prepare management reports.
• Assist departments in performance improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report talent management metrics and data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual talent reports.
• Lead talent management projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR functions and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
