·         Be involved in developing tax solutions and providing comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to our top-tier corporate clients across a diverse range of industries.

·         Participate in a broad range of projects, which could include transactions, M&A and international structuring work.

·         Perform research and prepare/review technical tax memorandum.

·         Support senior staff members in identifying new business opportunities and developing and marketing new products or service offerings.

·         Provide effective tax advisory and compliance services to our top -tier corporate clients

·         Foster strong relationships with relevant client contacts and provide independent advice on assignments

·         Take on a proactive role in identifying new business opportunities and be responsible for the development and marketing of new products or service offerings.

·         Collaborate with other areas of the firms (such as transaction services) as well as government bodies (such as the Myanmar tax authorities).

·         At least 5 years of relevant experience, prefer experience in corporate tax compliance and/or advisory

·         Good Degree in Accountancy or Business from reputable Universities, or professional accounting, Tax qualifications.

·         Proven experience in team leading and team management capacity.

·         Strong proficiency in verbal & written English and Myanmar language.

·         Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·         Self-starter with a positive work attitude.
