A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Tier 1 & 2 support such as break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair desktop, laptop, and other user devices.
  • Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
  • Escalate unsolved issues to Tier 3 professionals with effective reporting.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and PM checklists.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree Holder with Diploma or Certificate in related field
  • Minimum 1 years’ in related IT experience.
  • Age must be under 30 years old.
  • Competent in the installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, software and applications.
  • Skill in culitivating a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
  • Ability to Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Willing to travel alone to remote sites.
  • Willing to work individually under pressure.
