Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the Training Manager to develop an annual training plan.
  • Assist to develop, implement, and conduct internal training & new staff induction programs.
  • Assist to review and evaluate the training program its effectiveness and report on it to the Training Manager with comments, suggestion, and plan of action.
  • Assist for arranging training activities.
  • Actively work in coordination with the Training Manager to upgrade the present training manuals.
  • Assist to conduct field level training on new and updated curricula.
  • Find out the required training needs and updated training programs.
  • Obtain documents and tools from subject matter experts.
  • Assist to prepare post-training impact evaluation to determine training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with relevant field trainer (BM/RM/AM) to provide regional training.
  • Well prepared on training materials so that participants can understand easily and able to use those materials properly.
  • Assist the Training Manager to coordinate with all department for prepare the orientation training.
  • Encourage participants on discussion and respect to other’s ideas and able to put own idea clearly.
  • Assist for updating and prepare the training list in every month.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by Training Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field.
  • Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and LMS,
  • Preferably in strong practical knowledge of microfinance operations or banking, or Financial Service sector.
  • Experience in digital training tools ,e- learning platforms and blended learning.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in english and myanmar language.
  • Training content development and instructional design.
  • Interpersonal, mobilization and motivation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to branches.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
