Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Conducting macro-economic research and reporting of real estate industry trends
• Analyzing preliminary assessment and evaluating the potential investment opportunities
• Preparing investment materials for potential investors and required documents/materials for bank financing
• Responsible for creating financial modelling and recommending the most viable options to the management
• Conducting due diligence on potential investment projects
• Keeping track of projects under the pipelines
• Negotiating transactions, agreements and contract
• Maintaining relationship with investors, bankers, strategic partners, etc
• Other tasks assigned by Asset Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Business Administration, Management, Finance and related discipline
Minimum 2 year relevant experience in deal valuation, financial modelling and/or real estate development
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timeline
• Fluent in spoken and written English/ Burmese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tool (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc)
• Hard-working, Entrepreneurial minded, logical thinking
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
