This role holder is responsible to understand end to end bank products’ customer journey and have an initiative to improve the customer experience. Execute product owner’s vision by developing business requirement documentation (BRD), review Functional Specification (FS) against the BRD and address gaps. Work with Technology & cross functional team to develop the project plan, execute UAT test scripts and work with both technology and Product Owner for deployment.
To excel in this role, the individual needs to have a sound understanding of the bank’s products, product features, risk management capabilities, project management skills, business development skills, technological capabilities, and know the business strategic objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology and make recommendations to improve business processes and capabilities, leveraging on technology.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
• Self- starter and motivated while being a great collaborator
• Quick leaners and have ability to influence other people
• Details oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to make sound business decisions
• Ability to complete a big project in timely manner
Pre-Requisites:
• Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Business, Economics or relevant fields)
• Proficient in English language is a must
• Require proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and Presentation
• Strong critical thinking and strong process design skills
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work outside the office hours when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results
Preferable Skills:
• Professional work experience in banking (deposit, corporate, branch operations or card department)
• Relationship Manager experiences in Corporate/SME or relevant fields
• Project management tools, Visio, Swimlane
• Degrees in MBA, MBF or relevant advance degree course works
• Previous work experiences in business development, product development, and project management will be considered
