This role holder is responsible to understand end to end bank products’ customer journey and have an initiative to improve the customer experience. Execute product owner’s vision by developing business requirement documentation (BRD), review Functional Specification (FS) against the BRD and address gaps. Work with Technology & cross functional team to develop the project plan, execute UAT test scripts and work with both technology and Product Owner for deployment.To excel in this role, the individual needs to have a sound understanding of the bank’s products, product features, risk management capabilities, project management skills, business development skills, technological capabilities, and know the business strategic objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology and make recommendations to improve business processes and capabilities, leveraging on technology.
