The main responsibilities of the role holder are to support and work closely with branches , functions , function heads and work closely with HRBP for all HR related matters. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.*Support and work closely with HRBP for effective implementation of HR policies, procedures to support the businesses and contribute the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion; *Responsible for acquiring knowledge of the products/processes of the Function, HR processes/procedures and developing the skills required to support the Functions as per business directions and effectively execute the day-to-day HR operation and support for the achievement of HR target set;*Analyze the current HR related matters at branches and propose change processes, workflows and the best solutions to align between HR and branches as per future branches model;*Track all the recruitment request of Functions and coordinate with recruitment team and take a follow up necessity action (especially for Smart Branches);*Take a lead for interviewing of Junior level staff recruitment;*Assist HRBP in terms of resources re-deployment amongFunctions, liaise with respective VCs and Functions and follow up an approval process;*Liaise with smart branches Function Heads and Supervisors and related stakeholders for the smooth running of the branches and assist whatsoever necessary;*Serve as a POC (Point of Contact) for HR related matters for branches and provide a guidance such as OT tracking, work scheduling, leaves etc.
*Graduate with any disciplines;*Preferable HR degree, diploma holder;*Good in communication and interpersonal relationships;*Good in analytical skills and able to work under pressure*Timely delivery of the task assigned*Able to travel to branches (if necessary)*3~5 years of experiences working under Human Resources field
