Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Plan, organize, and coordinate the operational activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations
Support HR staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action
Maintain knowledge of industry trends for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters
Provide leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements
Manage full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including workforce planning, placing advertisements, liaison with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on-boarding process
Manage and Supervise closely with HR operation staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities
Ensure all HR operation processes, such as leaves & attendances, salaries and remuneration, social welfare are aligned with Company Policies and Practices
Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans
Identify optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs
Provide leadership and oversees personal information management system
Analyze and develop HR monthly reports and annual reports
Work as part of a project team for the implementation of Human Resource Information System
Drive continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility
Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by Management

Job Requirements

Must have University Degree or MBA a plus
At least (5) years’ experience in Human Resources with a Management Position
Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law. Thorough and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Experience of using a HR system/database
Strong Administrative skills
Leadership Skill, Negotiation Skills, Problem analysis and solving skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English
Good Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
Ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to effectively work independently and be team focused
Ability to plan own and staff work load effectively
Ability to remain effective under stressful conditions
Competent user of Microsoft Office, Adobe (Page maker , Photoshop), Internet and Email
