Job Description

Manage and provide Learning and Development Process for the whole organization.
• Update and analyze existing training programs and decide how and what kinds of training will be provided and evaluate training of effectiveness.
• Manage engagement projects and sources the best consulting firm to fit with organization.
• Responsible for individual and organizational learning and development needs in accordance with approved procedures using modern design of learning.
• Create and execute learning and development strategies and develop policy if required.
• Implement various methods of learning design companywide (eg. Coaching, Job Rotation, On the job, Mentoring, Project-based learning, In-house, Overseas, etc.).
• Manage and plan for training programs organizational wide from training needs analysis to evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Professional support and advice on training and learning needs assessment to respective departmental managers for their people.
• Help departmental managers and develop their team members through career pathing.
• Develop executive development programs which support future leaders within the organization.
• Source and analyse the best fit of training providers and consulting firm by tracking budget and negotiating the contracts.
• Facilitate the assessment of departmental competency for each job category by separating strategic job family, work together with departmental managers for companywide.
• Leading the project of engagement programs i.e employees’ satisfaction survey, organizational health index survey and take corrective action depends on result by managing the entire project.
• Designing or revising the forms and procedures, including developing processes with continual improvement purpose.
• Summarizing and preparing the monthly Learning and Development report and Monthly Operation Highlight report to present in monthly SSC meeting
• Responsible for effectively overall HR Strategic Functions
• Responsible the implementation of updated HR Policies smoothly

Job Requirements

• Good inter-personal skills, effective communication skills, negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
• Should be proficient in English
• Experiences in project management and budgeting
• Ability to work as teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proactive and service oriented culture
• Methodical and accuracy in work details
• Can conduct training if required
• Can travel independently
• Can keep the confidential of personnel & Company safely
• Can do attitude and able to work under pressure
• Any graduate or should possess a recognized degree in suitable discipline.
• An MBA is preferable
• Should have international recognized Diploma in HR Management and Development
• Minimum 5 - years of experience in HR field with a medium to large company, and at least 2 years of experiences in learning and development functions.
• Training received in specialized HR Courses will be highly regarded
• Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word , Excel, Outlook, Presentation
