Key Account Manager is responsible for playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Also responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the sales channel. He/She can oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.• Ensure monthly sales target achievement. • Set up distributor’s target and monitor sell in, sell out & report to line manager• Define and prioritize the key-customers base on sales, strategic location and future potential.• Track customer profitability on a regular basic using CPC form. • Building network and improve relationship with key customers.• Review Sales Trend for top key 20 customers and reporting to line manager• Align and agree with brand team on Heineken Flagship outlets.• Annual budget planning and tracking. • Prepare annual promotion plan base on SMAP (Sales & Marketing Alignment Process)• Manage & set the target for sales execution KPIs (PICOS – NND, TP, PS)• Manage and develop overall improvement for the team.• Manage Promotion execution (before & after sales achievement) • Closely work together with MONT team, Trade Marketing & Marketing for sales execution and company’s goal.• Monitor national tap installation plan (Target Vs Actual by month).• Coaches all direct reports at least one day in each month using IFCAD process. Maintains detailed records of individuals’ progress and use these to plan for upcoming coaching sessions and to identify additional development opportunities.• Develops and delivers business review presentations using multiple data sources (customer and internal sales data, external sources on category and channel performance) that summarize past sales performance. Presentations communicate plans for forthcoming period.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration• More than five years working experience with Sale field• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point• Excellent Self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills.• The ability to lead the implementation of innovation• Willing to learn and take extra work load and working under pressure.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation• Result Oriented capabilities• Business proficiency in English• Myanmar Language is a must
