Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- To take orders from direct patients via Phone & let the patients know that DKSH requires a prescription before dispensing any drugs
- To acquire the prescription from the patient through email/Viber/WhatsApp and record it
- To check the prescription note for all direct patients of Oncology & lifesaving drugs before issuing commercial invoice
- To coordinate with the RA Manger/ Medical Manager or doctors who prescribe in case of doctor's bad handwriting on prescription
- To co-ordinate with the prescriber if needed
- Receive and record patient’s prescriptions
- Process orders on SAP and generate DO
- Co-ordinate with SCM in case of a delivery issues
- Deliver messages to existing patients under campaigns run by clients, if & when required
- Conduct surveys with patients for Market intelligence whenever required

Job Requirements

- B.Pharm
- 0-2 years’ experience in the Pharma industry (Work experience in a Hospital or clinic environment will be preferred)
- Good pharmaceutical products knowledge
- Good Communication skills
- Good Empathy
- Computer Literate (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet & Email)
- English Language Proficiency (both written and oral)
