Manage a group of team to achieve monthly target
Provide support and guidance to team members ensuring targets are met and appointment conversion rates meet company requirements
Implement creative ideas to motivate the team
Build and have a comprehensive understanding of company services, products and online management system
Assisting with recruitment and training of new Telemarketing staff
Manage discipline in the department in line with the company's aims and objectives
Regularly review existing processes, feeding back to the Line Manager any proposed improvements/changes

Job Requirements

5 years of experience in Tele Marketing or Customer Service
1- 2 experience in managing a team
Previous experience in lead generation and conversion
Experience in use of CRM or other in-house sales database
Excellent telephone manner, including active listening
Able to lead and motivate a team
Able to write letters/emails to a high standard
Reliable, trustworthy and dependable
Willing to support the company, its members and goals
Be target driven and commercially aware
Capable & willing to be part of a team and promote the values of the company
Must be persuasive & literate
