5 years of experience in Tele Marketing or Customer Service 1- 2 experience in managing a team Previous experience in lead generation and conversion Experience in use of CRM or other in-house sales database Excellent telephone manner, including active listening Able to lead and motivate a team Able to write letters/emails to a high standard Reliable, trustworthy and dependable Willing to support the company, its members and goals Be target driven and commercially aware Capable & willing to be part of a team and promote the values of the company Must be persuasive & literate
