An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Work closely and provide prompt and effective support to the agency sales channel.
  • Assist in the creation of sales opportunities, monitor sales activities, and be the intermediary to all agency support functions.
  • Develop and maintain an effective, productive, and high-performing Agency Distribution Channel.
  • Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to support agent recruitment initiatives within the assigned cluster.
  • Support agency manpower growth through agent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in agency management, sales, or business development in the insurance industry.
  • Dynamic individual who thrives in fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, influential, creative, and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
