We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key clients and distributors. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and KPIs

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

  • Bachelor’s degree
