An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain the right talent.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and overtime administration with accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle government relations matters, including labor office requirements, staff relations, and stay permit/visa applications for foreign employees.
  • Support and implement Performance Management System (PMS) processes.
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate learning & development programs to build employee capability.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and morale.
  • Provide day-to-day support and HR advisory services to staff and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors of any degree, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of solid HR experience, with exposure to both generalist and specialist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and government processes (stay permits, visas, etc.).
  • Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR systems.
  • Able to communicate English.
