Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide input into the overall business strategy to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance for employee development
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry and compliance with local regulations.
  • Regularly review and update the company's compensation structure to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Myanmar, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.
  • Manage employee records and documentation to meet legal requirements and maintain data accuracy.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage the separation process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance with termination procedures.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure the organization's HR practices are in compliance.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Provide HR-related reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • A Bacheloe's Degree - Minimum 4 years experiences, If Diploma in Related Field - Minimum 5 years experiences
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Experience in recuritment, including sourcing, interviewing and selection
  • Proficiency in HR Software and database.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem solving and decision -making abilities.
