• Must report directly to the Production Head and carry out the instructions.

• Assist the Production Head in the daily operations required by Operations.

• Each sub-section must be supervised to achieve the specified production quantity smoothly.

• Production process and quality control must be carried out.

• Raw materials needed to be able to produce according to the Production Plan; Uses must be calculated and prepared in advance.

• The product quality of each section must be continuously monitored and checked.

• Continually inspecting and cleaning various types of Chilled, Frozen, Ambient Storage that are stored in accordance with Mass Production.

• Repairs and maintenance must be submitted in a timely manner.

• The Critical Points of the Production Process are Receiving Production | Semi-Finished, Finished Goods | Storing | Delivering steps must be continuously monitored and supervised to ensure quality.

• Section တစ္ခုစီ၏ Product Quality အား စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ၿပီး စီစစ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရမည္။
• Mass Production ျဖစ္သည့္အေလ်ာက္ သိမ္းဆည္းသိုေလွာင္ထားသည့္ Chilled, Frozen, Ambient Storage အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးအား စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ စစ္ေဆး၍ သန႔္ရွင္းေရး၊ ျပဳျပင္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးတို႔ အခ်ိန္မီျပဳလုပ္ေရး ထပ္ဆင့္တင္ျပရမည္။
• Production Process ၏ Critical Point မ်ား ျဖစ္သည့္ Receiving | Production | Semi-Finished, Finished Goods | Storing | Delivering တို႔ အဆင့္ဆင့္အား စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္စစ္ေဆး၍ အရည္အေသြးျပည့္မီမႈ ရွိေစရန္ ႀကီးၾကပ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရပါမည္။

• Bread & Buns | Cake experience will be preferred.

• Central Bakery/Kitchen with Mass Production experience will be preferred.

• Actively able to work cooperatively with the team; Must be able to lead.

• Designing new menus if necessary; Must be able to fully participate in test production.
