A Big Opportunity for ...

     Responsible for developing channel, identifying sales leads and achieving sales targets. Focus on households, Commercial & Industrial, installer and EPC client.
     Actively participate in market research, collect industry trends and competitor information to support business decisions.
     Collect and feedback customer needs information, assist sales personnel in pre-sales, mid-sales, and after- sales work.
     Establish and improve customer relationship files, communicate with customers regularly, and maintain good customer relationships.
     Coordinate internal company resources to solve customer problems and improve customer satisfaction.
     Participate in project bidding activities and prepare for bidding.
     Formulate market expansion plans and sales strategies, and implement marketing plans.
     Adjust marketing strategies and plans according to market changes to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
     Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

     Bachelor degree or above, major not limited, with in majors in electrical, engineering, marketing, etc., preferred. 
     Have more than 5 years of experience in local business operations, BD or related sales, with priority given to those with experience in BD roles at other ESS company
     The candidate have a background in solar/ energy storage is preferred. Home appliances, mobile and electrical are acceptable. 
     Possess good market development, customer maintenance, and business negotiation abilities.
     Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT.
     Understand industry market dynamics and have strong market analysis abilities.
     Advanced English communication skills are necessary.
     Work proactively with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics and team spirit.
     Be able to withstand greater work pressure and have good adaptability and resilience.
