Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Branch Leadership:
    • Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure that all departments function efficiently.
    • Supervise and support department coordinators (Logistics, Admin, Finance, HR).
    • Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Monitor warehouse and logistics activities including dispatches, stock movements, and inventory control.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting across all functions.
  • Financial & Administrative Management:
    • Review financial reports, budgets, and expense records submitted by the Finance Coordinator or Accountant.
    • Approve payments, purchases, and administrative requests within authorized limits.
  • Human Resources & Staff Management:
    • Supervise staff attendance, leave, and performance.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in coordination with HR.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Submit regular branch performance reports to Head Office.
    • Act as the main point of contact between the branch and Head Office departments.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure branch operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
    • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in operations or branch management.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse, finance, and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
