  • Must be able to meet the specified Sales Target.
  • Must be able to handle all aspects of branch-related product delivery, vehicle maintenance, HR processes, financial management, collection, and storage.
  • Must be able to allocate and utilize the specified branch budget effectively.
  • Must be able to train and educate branch staff to improve their performance.
  • Must be able to submit specified reports on time.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills within the business and with merchants.
  • Must be able to take the lead and resolve major and minor branch-related issues.
  • Must be able to follow the established rules and regulations and train employees to follow them.
