• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient route planning.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market activities, competitor movements, outlet performance, and overall product visibility in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular and surprise route checks to ensure proper route execution, customer coverage, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Manage stock issuance, daily/weekly collections, and verify that all sales invoices, returns, and credit sales are accurately recorded.
• Prepare, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch sales reports to Head Office in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with Head Office departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, HR) for operational support, promotions, stock allocation, and reporting matters.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and local partners.
• Identify operational challenges, resolve issues immediately, and implement improvements to enhance branch performance.
