Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead and oversee after-sales service operations across all KIA Service Centers in Yangon, Mandalay, and Nay Pyi Taw.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor service KPIs, productivity, revenue, warranty performance, and customer retention across all branches.
  • Ensure compliance with KIA standards, policies, and service procedures.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Service Managers and branch teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze service reports and prepare management presentations and recommendations.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automotive after-sales/service operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and multi-branch management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive service processes, workshop operations, and customer service management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Yangon, Mandalay, and Nay Pyi Taw.
