The role holder is responsible for developing and delivering a cost effective, efficient and well-controlled process management framework and for introducing innovation into the processes and systems of the business to drive business results, enhance profitability and ensure the effective execution of Trade Finance transactions.  The role holder is also responsible for the development of proper documentation and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to required set terms and conditions required to expedite transaction operations.

• Designs distinctive value creating agendas to drive the end-to-end process development and delivery initiatives across the full range of the business’s products and services to best serve the business and client needs  
• Oversees the trade, bank guarantee, trade finance & supply chain finance deal execution activity in ensuring that the process development and delivery team adheres to the deals terms and conditions and conducts the necessary steps in a timely and accurate manner to maximise operational efficiency
• Leads the development of metrics to ensure process improvement and delivery implementations are successfully measured and identifies opportunities for business process optimization by analysing the process data metrics
• Oversees the development and frequent review of documentation for new and existing business process and drives the integration of new process with existing business processes.
• Designs and implements customer centric business processes in line with changing customer expectations and ensure their successful operationalization in all customer facing business systems.
• Motivates subordinates and contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices based on leading practices to boost processes and productivity and to deliver exceptional service standards
• Solve the customers’ complaint about the trade transaction & bank guarantee transaction via telephone/ e-mail/ face-to-face to get customers’ satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to proper check and balance procedures for trade, bank guarantee and supply chain finance processes & documentations.
• Manage daily transaction inputs on banking systems in line with business origination protocols.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all foreign remittance operations, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations and effective risk management.
• Supervise the verification of SWIFT messages and the accuracy of related accounting entries.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and compliance staff to stay updated on the latest regulatory, control, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of internal and regulatory reports, maintaining strict to compliance standards.
• Lead and support projects within the scope of Trade Finance Operations, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Contact and explain LC, Collection & Finance Transaction to CBM.
• Oversee the verification and processing of Export ED documents when customers return documents to the bank.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in business management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial institutions and in the area of Trade Finance Processing.
• Proven trade finance experience in local or foreign bank.
• Excellent knowledge in inward/outward transactions.
• Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals.
• Requires strong analytical, problem-solving skills, presentation skills and details orientated.
• Good interpersonal relationship with internal and external colleges, with a willingness to help.
• Able to work well with an organization.
