Job Purpose

The Business Analyst acts as a conduit between the business community and IT. The main task of a business analyst is to identify customer business problems/requirements, strong analytical skills and find the most effective solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and analyse user requirements, so as to prepare detailed functional specifications and related documents 
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform application testing including functional and interfaces, etc. from test strategy, test planning, design and execution 
• Support user acceptance testing such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation and closure.
• Execute implementation activities and support post implementation.
• Support daily BAU activity
• Prepare the business scenario and test scripting
• Reviews business scenarios and test scripting in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements.
• Support clarification from the testing team on the test plans and during test execution
• Plan and execute functional and System Integration Test.
• Support User Acceptance Testing
• Required to work closely with the business units and the technical development teams on all system implementation projects as well as maintenance ones

• Provide User Training and support customers to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.

• Willingness and ability to learn relevant skills and tools on the job

• Basic knowledge in software development and API integration.

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of IT business analyst experiences
• Data Analytics experiences
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Ability to multitask and work on tight schedules.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English language
