Business Analyst needs to manage and participate in the planning, system analysis and requirement, design, integration and testing, training, implementation for a Project and BAU. The role holder also needs to assist business team for operation and maintenance.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders from business and functional departments and external stakeholders to understand the requirements for a product / process / system.
• Analyse and evaluate current system process, interfaces and workflow and recommend changes and enhancement to improve business operation.
• Consider the opportunity and potential risk for the impact of changes.
• Prepare the required documentation such as System Specification, Functional Specification and User manual in English.
• Coordinate with in house developers / third party vendors and business departments efficiently.
• Product setup and Parameterization in the core banking system.
• Conduct functional testing and participate in System Integration testing and cooperate with business team for User Acceptance testing if the application system meets business goals.
• Support all necessary End-User training and go-live activities in Production.
• Post implementation support to ensure the stable running of the new Product or new Platform.

• Requires a Bachelors’ degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum working experience in Financial institution
• For Senior Position – 3+ years
• For Junior Position – 1+ year
• Good understanding of the process of Core banking and Digital channels including Origination processes.
• Experience on Flexcube and Temenos Infinity will be added advantage
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skill (verbal and written )
• Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
