Job Description

Channel Development Manager is required to 

(Yangon 1post and Mandalay 1post)

 

(Frequently visit outlets to build/consolidate relationship with customers at all levels to ensure agreed PVA (Presence, Visibility, Activation) plans are effectively implemented in all outlets.

  • owners,
  • managers,
  • staff – waiters / bartenders
  • Plan and Coordinate product and brand communication & trainings with marketing team and outlets
  • Support & drive deployment of major campaigns in outlets he/she is responsible for
  • Drive achievement of sell-out targets in outlets within territory and build trade marketing activities plan under the supervision of the HOS/RSM
  • Daily contact in person with existing and prospective customers in Category A and B to positively influence the commercial status of the company’s brands
  • Increases overall points of distribution and consumption within respective area.
  • Responsible for anticipating & identifying opportunities and/or or issues that potentially could add value or prevent the business from meeting/exceeding or under delivering against commercial objectives.
  • Drive PVA for major Strategic Brands of International Spirits also as a secondary objective in On Premise channel:
    • Liaise with IS Business Development Head and ensure Listing/Placement, Visibility & right pricing of IS brands
    • Create a comprehensive portfolio for Imperial Blue, 100 Pipers, upcoming NPDs and relevant IS brands in On Premise and to make a significant impact on consumption and Share of Market (SOM)
    • Conduct regular sightings of GMA and submit through the system
  • Generate the monthly reports of Sales & Activations, Visibility, Competitors, Environmental and Market Intelligence
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Interesting Female candidate are highly recommended
  • Between (30-40) years old.
  • Having On Premise management experience or F&B experience (highly preferred)
  • Relevant experience in Beverage /Alcobev /FMCG industry, particularly in key accts e.g. CMHL, Orange, G&G, ABC, Bar, Hotel or Restaurant and Ecommerce channels
  • Good command of English and Burmese
  • Computer competency especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
